The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing and reviewing reports to ensure regulatory compliance;
- Monitoring investment limits to safeguard our clients' assets;
- Drafting policies and procedures to maintain a robust compliance framework;
- Ensuring proper documentation for Board and committee processes;
This role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and adaptability to new technologies and systems.
**Key Requirements:**
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in compliance, with exposure to mutual funds/AIFs;
- Graduation in Finance, Law, or related field; Company Secretary qualification preferred;
- Practical knowledge of SEBI, FEMA, and RBI regulations;
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities;
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new compliance tools and systems;
