At Prudent Corporate Advisory Services Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Executive to assume key responsibilities and play a pivotal role in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • As a Compliance Executive, you will be responsible for disseminating relevant circulars and notifications issued by regulators on a daily basis to respective departments and track actionable items.
  • You will settle client balances and maintain a brief knowledge of the same.
  • Prior experience in preparing documentation for AP registration and cancellation, as well as knowledge of AP-related compliances, is essential.
  • Providing NEAT/CTCL terminal support and maintaining MIS records is a critical aspect of this role.
  • Submissions of weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual regulatory returns to exchanges must be handled with precision and accuracy.
  • Candidates must be able to coordinate with exchanges, clients, and departments regarding compliance-related issues and transactions.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client transactions is also a critical responsibility that requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Preparing various applications and documentation according to exchange rules and regulations is another key duty that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of regulatory compliance, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
