Job Overview
NielsenIQ is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and customer loyalty
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support
Requirements
• 10-15 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry
• Proven track record of driving business growth and customer loyalty
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
