Job Title: Channel Sales Manager

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Channel Sales Manager, responsible for driving sales growth across various channels. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

  • Business Mix:
  • Commercial and Consumer Lines
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • GPW/Non Motor GPW growth
  • Maintaining Hygiene - Cheque Bounce & Receivables
  • Responsibilities:
  • Retention
  • Recruitment
  • Activation
  • Accountabilities:
  • Manage the daily activity of producers to ensure strong pipeline.
  • Coach & guide agents to cross sell and grow their business
  • Make individual agents grow Year On Year
  • Ensuring IRDA compliance regarding licensing & commission payments to agents

As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Recruit and appoint agents for Gen Ins business
  • Train agents on products, process and USP s of Co.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Total 3-6 years of experience
  • Preferably general insurance industry
  • Graduation , Any Professional degree
  • Insurance certification -Associate level (Desirable)
