Business Development Professional

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Professional to drive business growth by identifying and onboarding channel partners, brokers, and agents. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with external property consultants to source high-quality leads.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sourcing or channel partner development. They should possess excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills, as well as be self-driven, field-oriented, and result-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard channel partners, brokers, and agents to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external property consultants to source high-quality leads.
  • Source verified clients through partner networks and references to increase registrations and bookings.
  • Plan and execute broker meets and field visits to enhance relationship-building and market intelligence.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a consistent flow of leads.
  • Provide regular feedback and market insights to inform strategic decisions.
