We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Growth Manager to lead the expansion of our retail presence and drive operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Graduation and an MBA from a reputable institution
  • A minimum of 3-6 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing or business development

The successful Channel Growth Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to achieve acquisition and revenue targets

  • Ensuring a world-class customer experience across all touchpoints
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene and governance at our retail locations
  • Leading and managing a team of professionals to drive productivity and results
  • Training and developing the skills of our team members and channel partners
