We're seeking a seasoned business growth specialist to join our dynamic team in Kochi. As a pioneering digital marketing agency, we empower businesses to thrive in the digital landscape through innovative website design, SEO, content marketing, social media, Google Ads, and more.The role of Business Growth Champion involves taking ownership of acquiring new clients using expertise in outreach channels like email, WhatsApp, calls, or networking. This includes managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to discovery calls, pitching, and closing deals. The successful candidate will build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while leading client calls and meetings with confidence.To excel in this role, you'll need:
  • 2-6 years of experience in digital marketing agencies, specializing in business development/client acquisition
  • A proven track record of success in closing high-ticket projects (websites, SEO, content, performance, and digital marketing)
  • Familiarity with multiple outreach channels (cold email, WhatsApp, calls, etc.)
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and client-facing skills
  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields (tech knowledge is a plus)
  • Experience working with international clients (UAE, Asia, US)
