About the Role
  • This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive accurate demand forecasting, optimized inventory management, and seamless supply chain execution.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain robust statistical models to forecast demand using historical data, market insights, and industry trends.
  • Lead regular forecast review meetings and facilitate consensus-driven decision-making across business functions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to align supply and demand, ensuring product availability while minimizing excess inventory.
  • Analyze forecast accuracy, identify root causes for variances, and implement process improvements.
  • Leverage ERP and planning tools to create data-driven, actionable plans that drive business results.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in forecasting tools and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with global teams and time zones.
