  • Conduct thorough requirements gathering and solution design.">">
  • Perform comprehensive impact assessments on new solutions and SPM enhancements.">">
  • Configure scripts, catalog forms, and workflows.">">
  • Execute system integration testing, unit testing, and UAT support.">">
  • Manage code reviews, migrations, and production rollouts.">">
  • Troubleshoot complex integration issues between ServiceNow and partner systems.">">
  • Implement advanced automations using Custom APIs and IntegrationHub.">">
  • Handle platform upgrades, patching, incident fixes, and request fulfillment.">">
  • Perform daily health checks and resolve performance issues.">">
