Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage a portfolio of High-Net-Worth (HNI) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNI) clients, offering end-to-end investment advisory and wealth management solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, family offices, and senior professionals to grow the client base.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their financial goals, risk appetite, and wealth planning needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews, offering strategic guidance aligned with market conditions and client objectives to drive growth and minimize risks.
  • Advise clients on a wide range of investment products including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, Structured Products, and Insurance to meet their diversified investment needs.
  • Provide expert wealth planning, tax-efficient investment strategies, and succession planning guidance to help clients achieve their long-term financial objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, regulatory changes, and investment opportunities to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Achieve assets under management (AUM) and revenue targets by focusing on client acquisition and wallet-share expansion through targeted business development initiatives.
  • Identify and pursue cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the company's wealth management and third-party product suite to drive revenue growth.
  • Leverage existing relationships to expand the client base through referrals and networking to increase brand visibility.
  • Ensure strict adherence to relevant regulations such as SEBI, RBI, and IRDAI to maintain a strong reputation and mitigate potential risks.
  • Maintain transparent, ethical, and client-centric practices to build trust and loyalty with clients.
  • Implement effective operational and investment risk management strategies to minimize losses and protect client interests.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Post Graduate/MBA/CA/CFA qualifications are preferred.
  • 12–18 years of experience in Wealth Management/Private Banking with a reputable organization is required.
  • A proven track record of managing HNI/UHNI client portfolios with consistent growth and high client satisfaction rates.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, investment products, and wealth planning solutions to provide expert advice to clients.
  • An established network of HNI/UHNI clients in Bangalore and surrounding regions is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and advisory skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • High integrity with a client-first mindset to prioritize client needs and deliver exceptional service.
