The Global Supply Organization is a multifaceted function encompassing product conceptualization to delivery. We require a supply chain expert to manage pharmacy replenishment norms and distribution planning for our network of pharmacies in Africa.

This role involves designing replenishment frameworks, setting stocking norms, analyzing demand/sales data, and monitoring compliance by in-country distribution teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining and refining stocking norms, safety stock levels, and replenishment cycles for each pharmacy based on sales velocity and product criticality.
• Developing and maintaining guidelines for assortment management and seasonal demand variations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders remotely.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential qualifications include:

• A graduate/post-graduate degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, retail replenishment, or distribution analytics.

Key skills include:

• Strong data analysis and forecasting skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel/Power BI (SQL/Python/R a plus).
• Understanding of pharma retail compliance (expiry, batch management, FEFO) is desirable.
