We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Manager to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and drive the development of end-to-end solutions.

This role involves working on solution design, configuration, and support for Demand, Project, Portfolio, and Resource Management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a ServiceNow Admin with strong SPM experience
  • Hands-on expertise in SPM modules: Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource Management, Project Workspace, Financial Planner Workspace
  • Conducting requirements gathering and solution design
  • Performing impact assessments on new solutions and SPM enhancements
  • Configuring scripts, catalog forms, and workflows
  • Carrying out system integration testing, unit testing, and UAT support
  • Managing code reviews, migrations, and production rollouts
  • Troubleshooting integration issues between ServiceNow and partner systems
  • Implementing automations using Custom APIs and IntegrationHub
  • Handling platform upgrades, patching, incident fixes, and request fulfillment
  • Performing daily health checks and resolving performance issues
  • Collaborating with ServiceNow product teams for issue resolution and defect fixes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant ServiceNow SPM experience
  • Strong understanding of SPM Product Suite and its integrations
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform administration
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub
  • Experience in testing, rollout planning, and production support
  • Ability to troubleshoot, optimize performance, and automate tasks
