  • Excellent scripting skills.
  • Strong expertise in CSM implementation.
  • Strong expertise in development tools, including Configuration Workspace, Workflow Editor, Form Designer, UI Builder, Service Portal, and GenAI.
  • ServiceNow certification is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
