Role Summary

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 4–6 years of experience in ServiceNow application development with a strong understanding of its features and capabilities.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and Flow Designer with expertise in script writing and automation.
  • Experience working with ITSM and HRSD modules to deliver efficient solutions.
  • Familiarity with REST API integrations and common script includes to ensure smooth data exchange.
  • Excellent collaboration and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues.
