The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing custom applications, workflows and integrations using their expertise in scripting with JavaScript and Glide.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing business process automation solutions across ITSM, ITOM and ITAM application scope
  • Developing and configuring the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements
  • Writing clean, efficient and maintainable code to support implementation
  • Ensuring accuracy, health and integration of discovery tools with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping and MID Server
  • Supporting integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems for seamless data flow and process automation
  • Providing technical expertise in incident, problem, change, request, asset and operations management within the ServiceNow ecosystem
  • Monitoring platform performance, troubleshooting issues and recommending improvements for scalability and efficiency
  • Documenting technical solutions, configurations and standard operating procedures
  • Staying current with ServiceNow releases, features and best practices to drive continuous improvement

Key Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
  • Minimum one CIS in any of scope i.e. ITSM, ITOM or ITAM
  • 3–6+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow modules
  • Strong knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and integrations
  • Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and workflow automation within ServiceNow
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
