We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce tester to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of Salesforce applications.

The ideal candidate will have experience in manual and automated testing, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities.

Responsibilities include developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications, performing manual and automated testing to validate system functionality, performance, and security, identifying, documenting, and tracking defects, and collaborating with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements.

Additionally, the successful candidate will conduct regression testing, functional testing, UI testing, and integration testing for Salesforce applications, ensure test coverage of Salesforce modules like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Custom Applications, and use Salesforce Test Automation tools (such as Selenium, Provar, or Tosca) to automate test cases.

The position also requires working closely with the development team in Agile/Scrum environments, ensuring compliance with best practices and Salesforce security standards, and validating APIs, workflows, and data integrity within the Salesforce ecosystem.

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce testing or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data models, and functionalities.
• Experience with manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar, JIRA, TestNG).
• Understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components is a plus.
• Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman or SOAP UI.
• Experience working in an Agile environment and using tools like JIRA, ALM, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Tester) are a plus.
