Job Title:

Senior ServiceNow ITAM(SAM) Consultant

  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and meetings to understand and document business requirements and functional needs.
  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions tailored to meet specific client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Identify gaps between existing processes and desired future-state processes, recommending solutions and improvements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Create user stories, process documentation, training materials, and other relevant documentation to support implementations.
  • Provide post-implementation support, training, and guidance to users to ensure successful adoption and optimization of the platform.
  • Articulate the business value of proposed solutions and demonstrate how ServiceNow can improve business operations.
Qualifications:
  • 12 years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions.
  • Good understanding of Sales and Order Management process followed in organizations.
  • Experience in designing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow SOM module as per organizational SOM process.
  • Experience in designing and implementing the following modules:
    • ServiceNow Sales and Order Management.
    • Supplier Lifecycle Operations (SLO).
    • Customer Service Management (CSM) module.
  • Extensive experience across the ServiceNow core platform, security, performance, and compliance.
  • Extensive experience in third-party integration (REST, SOAP, Other methods) Integration Hub and E-bonding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
