Global Supply Chain Demand Planner

We're seeking a skilled Supply Chain professional to fill the role of Demand Planner. This key position is crucial in driving accurate demand forecasting, optimizing inventory, and ensuring seamless supply chain execution.
This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining accurate demand forecasts using statistical models, historical data, and market insights. They will lead monthly forecast review meetings and drive consensus across business functions, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to align supply and demand.
- Develop and maintain statistical models to predict demand patterns and trends.
- Lead cross-functional teams to review and discuss forecast accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure demand plans support strategic business goals.
Key qualifications include 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in forecasting tools, and ERP systems are essential. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are also required, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
