Key Responsibilities and Expectations

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial administration and payment processing. They must ensure all vendor documents, invoices, and expense claims are submitted in the required formats for prompt authorization and processing.

A high standard of accuracy and timeliness is expected in all financial documentation and communications.

Budget Tracking and Financial Reporting

They will collaborate with the finance team to develop and maintain precise and up-to-date budget tracking systems.

Monthly budget position reports will be prepared and communicated to the wider team, supporting informed decision-making and fiscal responsibility.

Contract Management and Compliance

The candidate will work closely with the Assistant Curator and Exhibitions Manager to ensure all contractual documentation is accurately recorded and regularly updated.

Ensuring the integrity and accessibility of all contractual documentation is essential.

Evaluation and Performance Analysis

They will collaborate with senior management to design and implement evaluation surveys for all programmes and exhibitions.

Collected data will be analyzed to produce comprehensive and timely evaluation reports that inform future programming and strategic planning.

Performance Metric Reporting

The candidate will work with senior management to develop and execute a robust performance metric reporting framework, aligning with our organization's vision, mission, and values.

Quarterly reports will be maintained and presented to track progress against organizational goals.
