We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Management Specialist to support our day-to-day financial operations. This role is responsible for managing financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Entry Management: Manage daily accounting entries (sales, purchases, expenses, journal entries) in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Accounting Software Expertise: Implement effective controls to maintain accurate books of accounts using accounting software (ERP, Tally). Conduct regular reviews of accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Financial Documentation: Maintain precise financial documentation and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure timely submission of financial reports to stakeholders.

Experience and Qualifications: 2–4 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a trading or retail environment. Proficiency in accounting software (ERP, Tally) and strong analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
