About the Role:

As a Customer Success and Sales Farming professional at Elixia Tech, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through existing accounts while also exploring new opportunities within the logistics and supply chain digitization space. This role requires a deep understanding of Elixia Tech's products and solutions in logistics and supply chain digitization, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact regularly with existing customers and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of Elixia Tech's products and solutions in logistics and supply chain digitization.
  • Interact regularly with existing customers to ensure complete satisfaction with our product offerings, aiming for 100% retention for assigned accounts.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for additional solutions and services.
  • Analyze customer segments and target markets to identify new sources of revenue through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Independently generate leads for business development and forge channel partnerships to enhance the sales network and drive revenue.
  • Persistently engage with existing customers to maximize revenue generation over extended sales cycles.
  • Contribute actively to the organization's growth by identifying opportunities for ongoing and future business.
  • Produce regular reports to update company management on progress, performance, and customer insights.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer success within the logistics/supply chain industry is highly preferred.
  • Comprehensive domain knowledge of logistics, transportation, and supply chain management is essential.
  • An existing network within the logistics and supply chain industry will be a significant advantage.
  • Consultative and problem-solving approach, demonstrating the ability to support customers and team members effectively.
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or customer success roles.
