Customer Success Associate Role

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Customer Success Associate to join our team at TalentSource International. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for reaching out to industry experts and onboarding them for client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound outreach via professional networks to engage industry experts.
  • Negotiate commercial terms with external stakeholders to foster successful partnerships.
  • Manage member relationships, addressing queries from leads and experts.
  • Expand our network of experts for the company.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in commercial lead generation, business development, or recruiting.
  • A Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field.
  • Outstanding communication skills in English.
  • Fluency in German, French, or Italian is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of generating leads using professional networks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
