Customer Success Liaison

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Customer Success Associate to join our team at TalentSource International. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for reaching out to industry experts and onboarding them for client projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound outreach via professional networks to engage industry experts.
- Negotiate commercial terms with external stakeholders to foster successful partnerships.
- Manage member relationships, addressing queries from leads and experts.
- Expand our network of experts for the company.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in commercial lead generation, business development, or recruiting.
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field.
- Outstanding communication skills in English.
- Fluency in German, French, or Italian is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of generating leads using professional networks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Base salary of 90k pm + commission + health insurance.
