  • Lead business unit teams to meet and exceed customer expectations, while managing and reviewing forecasting of revenue and capital expenditures.
  • Effectively use company IT systems to complete tasks, and manage, review, and report on P&L expectations and actual results.
  • Work closely with customers to ensure accurate and timely invoicing, and timely collection of accounts payable.
  • Lead daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly customer meetings, and ensure a customer-first approach is taken.
  • Lead staff and management to ensure all groups work together, trends are monitored, and quality is kept to a high standard.
  • Ensure the good of the company is kept in mind in all management decisions.
  • Lead team and customer in Lean thinking and principles to eliminate process waste and improve process quality.
  • Provide familiarization and follow-up with company senior staff, current customers, and prospective customers to win new business for the company.
  • Review all pricing associated with current and prospective customers.

Requirements:

  • 8 or more years of work-related experience with a high-volume electronic manufacturing-services company or call center company.
  • Extensive experience working directly with customers and developing the customer relationship.
  • Experience with personnel management and development.
  • Experience with financial analysis.
  • Strong technical background.

Education Requirements:

High school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements:

Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift, or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data, and/or viewing a computer terminal. Speak, type, and/or sit for extended periods of time.
