
Strategic Growth Leader

Our organization is seeking an accomplished Corporate Development professional to lead strategic transactions and drive business growth.
- Transaction Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end execution of corporate development initiatives, including deal origination, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and closing.
- Client Advisory: Provide expert guidance to clients on potential corporate opportunities, restructuring, divestitures, and capital raising, ensuring alignment with their long-term goals.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses.
- Deal Structuring: Design optimal deal structures that meet client objectives while maximizing value. Oversee negotiations of terms, pricing, and legal documentation.
- Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, banks, legal advisors, and other third-party advisors.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for clients.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on financial analysis, client presentations, and deal execution.
- Cross functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (legal, tax, and regulatory) to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
Qualifications:
- Education: MBA in Finance
- Experience: 8-12 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, or private equity raises, with a strong track record of deal advisory experience.
