Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Development Professional to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the Indian market.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with expertise in recruitment, HR administration, and HR business partner roles. They will be able to work independently and deliver results within a given timeframe.

This is a full-time position, requiring frequent travel within India and occasional trips to Germany for onboarding and training.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong Expertise in HR: The ideal candidate will have 8-13 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, HR administration, and HR business partner roles.
  • Knowledge of Recruiting Channels in India: A good understanding of recruiting channels in India, including existing networks with local headhunters/recruiting agencies.
  • Experience with High Volume Recruiting: Experience with high-volume recruiting together with an external service provider.
  • Payroll Experience: Payroll experience and extensive knowledge of Indian employment laws.
