The role of the Organizational Development Manager is to drive strategic growth and innovation within an organization. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing effective HR initiatives, ensuring seamless operational execution.
This position requires a hands-on approach, where the successful candidate will oversee recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and policy implementation independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Talent Acquisition: Identify, interview, hire, and onboard high-performing talent to support business objectives.
- HR Policy Enhancement: Develop, implement, and maintain up-to-date HR policies and best practices aligned with company goals.
- Employee Relations Management: Foster a positive work environment, address grievances, and ensure open communication channels.
- Performance Development: Lead goal-setting, feedback, and appraisal processes to enhance employee growth.
- Employee Engagement Strategies: Plan and execute programs to boost morale, motivation, and productivity.
- Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and HR audits.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and timely employee records and reports.
- 4–5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in dynamic industries.
- Strong knowledge of organizational development, HR strategy, and labor laws.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
