The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. You will also possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, with a master's degree being a plus.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
- Prepare detailed BRD for implementation: Work closely with clients and pre-sales team to detail the solutioning and prepare clear BRD which explain the process and system workflow and exception scenarios.
- Customer Success Management: Serve as a trusted advisor, proactively addressing client needs and ensuring the adoption of new features, services, and solutions.
- Lead Implementation project for client: Drive implementation project for system by collaboratively working with client, pre-sales team, and product team.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data to provide actionable insights to customers.
- Customer Training & Enablement: Provide clients with training and resources to ensure they understand and can fully utilize the product.
- Infant Care & handover to support: Manage infant care, close all points by working with product and support team.
- Customer Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, providing feedback to product teams for improvements or new feature development based on client input.
