The Strategic Growth Manager role is to drive business expansion by identifying and integrating strategic partnership opportunities, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine corporate strategy, assessing market trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities; lead creation of strategic plan documents for the business
- Support senior leadership in defining long-term business objectives and investment plans
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking
- Prepare strategic plan and annual operating plan presentations and reports for executive leadership
- Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures to drive business growth
Qualifications and Experience:
- MBA (Finance) from a top-tier institute / CA
- Minimum CFA Level 2 (preferred)
- 5-7 years of relevant post-qualification work experience in strategy or M&A roles
- Understanding of corporate development processes, documentation, and financial analysis
- Proficiency in financial modeling and presentation skills
- Hands-on experience with financial dataset tools (Bloomberg / Capital IQ)
- High attention to detail along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
