We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to spearhead strategic and operational hiring initiatives across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in leadership hiring, niche talent acquisition, and building strong pipelines aligned with evolving business needs.
Given our focus on technology and manufacturing (with deep integration of AI-driven solutions in business operations), we are looking for a professional who has an excellent understanding of business requirements and can translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
- Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Lead the full-cycle recruitment across functions, with strong expertise in technology and manufacturing hiring.
- Leadership & Niche Hiring: Proven experience in executive search, headhunting, and closing leadership/niche roles.
- Business Alignment: Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce requirements, succession planning, and future skill needs particularly in AI, advanced technologies, and strategic business roles.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline for senior and critical roles to minimize time-to-hire.
- Innovative Sourcing Strategies: Leverage advanced sourcing methods (e.g., social platforms, professional communities, referrals, industry events, and AI-driven recruitment solutions).
- Candidate & Stakeholder Experience: Ensure a smooth, engaging, and professional candidate journey. Partner with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver results.
- Interview & Screening Ownership: Take ownership of the screening process and first-round interviews, including cultural and competency assessments, ensuring strong profiles move to final stages.
- Mentorship & Performance Management: Guide and mentor junior recruiters, build a high-performing TA team, and drive adoption of recruitment best practices.
- Data-Driven Hiring: Track recruitment metrics (TAT, source effectiveness, candidate satisfaction) and integrate insights into decision-making.
- Employee Satisfaction & Employer Branding: Support initiatives that contribute to employee engagement and positioning the organization as an employer of choice.
- Experience: 4–7 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in startup or fast-paced environments.
- Domain Exposure: Strong track record in technology, AI-driven roles, and manufacturing domains.
- Senior/Niche Hiring: Successful track record of closing mid-to-senior level positions.
- Business Understanding: Strong business acumen with the ability to map talent strategy to organizational goals.
- People Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and candidate engagement abilities.
- Problem-Solving Orientation: Innovative, energetic, and able to balance strategic focus with hands-on execution.
- Tech-savvy: Familiarity with AI-recruitment tools, sourcing analytics, and digital hiring strategies.
- Leadership: Ability to mentor and inspire others within the TA function.
- Opportunity to work closely with top business and technology leaders.
- A dynamic and innovative work culture that encourages continuous learning.
- Exposure to global operations in various industries.
- Competitive compensation and benefits package.
- Platform to influence talent strategy and organizational growth in a high-impact role.
