Drive Talent Acquisition for High-Growth Hiring

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for driving high-volume talent acquisition strategies, ensuring timely ramp-up of sales and operations teams, and partnering closely with business leaders to deliver top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end bulk recruitment drives for GTM roles across sales, operations, and customer engagement functions, utilizing data-driven insights to track hiring progress and forecast gaps.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to forecast hiring volumes and create agile recruitment plans that optimize speed, efficiency, and quality in high-volume hiring scenarios.
  • Build and manage robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, campus hiring, walk-ins, and recruitment events, leveraging strong sourcing skills through multiple channels.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment processes to minimize time-to-hire, improve candidate experience, and enhance overall hiring efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment partners, agencies, and job platforms to scale up talent acquisition and ensure excellent stakeholder management in high-pressure environments.
