About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager Talent Management to lead the design, execution, and continuous enhancement of talent strategies that drive employee performance, engagement, and organizational capability.
This role will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, ensuring that our performance management systems, talent development programs, and employee engagement initiatives directly contribute to business growth and cultural excellence.
The role requires a strong background in HR strategy, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on implementation of large-scale people Management
- Lead the end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS) implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and organizational strategy.
- Manage the full PMS cycle, including goal setting, continuous feedback, mid-year and annual appraisals.
- Train and support managers and employees on effective performance evaluation practices.
- Analyse performance data to identify trends, address gaps, and design interventions such as Performance Improvement Plans (PIP), leadership programs, or development roadmaps.
- Partner with leadership to create a performance-driven culture with clear accountability and recognition.
Employee Engagement & Experience
- Develop and execute a structured employee engagement framework to foster collaboration, inclusivity, and high morale.
- Conduct engagement surveys, analyse insights, and recommend evidence-based action plans to strengthen organizational culture.
- Partner with internal communication teams to design impactful campaigns, events, and initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
- Serve as a cultural ambassador, ensuring that engagement programs reflect company values.
Talent Development & Career Progression
- Build and maintain career progression frameworks and competency models that provide
clarity and growth opportunities across levels.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development (L&D) teams to design targeted programs for high-
potential talent, leadership readiness, and succession planning.
- Implement internal mobility strategies to retain talent and optimize workforce capabilities.
Rewards & Recognition (R&R)
- Design, implement, and manage an organization-wide Rewards & Recognition strategy that reinforces high performance and cultural values.
- Create a mix of monetary and non-monetary recognition programs tailored to different workforce segments (sales, operations, corporate, etc.
- Regularly benchmark R&R programs against industry standards to ensure relevance and competitiveness.
- Partner with business leaders to align recognition frameworks with business outcomes.
HR Analytics & Insights
- Leverage HR analytics and dashboards to measure the impact of performance, engagement, and talent programs.
- Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
- Establish metrics and KPIs for continuous improvement of people practices.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, ensuring talent management strategies are aligned with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, L&D, communications, and business units to drive consistency and effectiveness of talent initiatives.
- Influence senior stakeholders to adopt best practices in performance, engagement, and talent Skills & Competencies
- Proven expertise in Performance Management System (PMS) design and execution.- Strong knowledge of employee engagement methodologies and cultural transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in designing career progression frameworks, competency models, and talent development programs.
- Hands-on experience in creating and implementing Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs at scale.
- Proficiency in HR analytics tools, engagement survey platforms, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced & Experience
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent from a reputed institution.- 9 to 12 years of progressive experience in Talent Management, HR Strategy, or Organizational
Development.
- Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide talent initiatives in mid-to-large organizations
