Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Kotlin developer to lead our backend team and drive the development of high-performance applications. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-performance applications using Kotlin.
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions with expertise in object-oriented and functional programming principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers to drive innovation and growth.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure best coding practices for optimal software development.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security by leveraging knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications to meet evolving business needs.
  • Stay updated with the latest Kotlin and industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Strong background in backend development with 6+ years of experience in Kotlin.
  • Proficient in working with Restful APIs, AWS, Kafka, and Gitlab CI pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
