About the Role :


Customer Capital (CC) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer to lead the development and enhancement of our Loyalty platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in .NET Core, Entity Framework, MySQL, and Microservices architecture, and will collaborate closely with product owners, scrum masters, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

As a Senior Backend Developer, you will report to the Tech Lead and play a key role in shaping CCs product strategy while delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance backend Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET Core, Entity Framework, LINQ, and C#.

- Develop and consume RESTful APIs to integrate multiple platform components.

- Implement and maintain Swagger/OpenAPI specifications for API documentation and testing.

- Design and implement secure API authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, and other security standards.

- Write optimized LINQ queries and perform database optimization for applications using MySQL.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, UI/UX, and product owners.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as Scrum, Sprint Planning, and daily stand-ups.

- Conduct code reviews, contribute to architecture decisions, and maintain high coding standards.

- Troubleshoot production issues ensuring high availability and performance.

- Follow best practices in design patterns, OOP principles (SOLID), and application Skills & Experience :


- 5+ years of experience in .NET Core development.

- Strong expertise in .NET Core, Entity Framework, LINQ, C#, and MongoDB.

- 2+ years of experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.

- Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.

- Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture.

- Experience with version control systems like Git or Bitbucket.

- Exposure to loyalty platforms, fintech projects, or E-Commerce/B2C Skills :


- Knowledge of deploying applications on Linux-based hosting (NGINX/Apache).

- Experience with unit testing frameworks like NUnit or MSTest.

- Familiarity with AWS services: S3, SNS, SQS, Parameter Store, Redis, OpenSearch, Details : Preferably Delhi NCR : As per job and client requirements.
