Lead the development of digital products that enable financial institutions to succeed in a rapidly changing market.

We are looking for a talented Software Engineer - UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing web/mobile applications and be skilled in user experience design, journey mapping, prototyping, UX copywriting, information architecture, Digital Transformation & Design System.

Responsibilities
  • Designing and developing user interfaces for responsive internal and mobile banking websites, native mobile banking application, financial mobile & tablet apps and web applications.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
  • Participating in the development process from definition, through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Science.
  • Banking experience is preferable.
  • Experience in designing web/mobile applications.
  • Expert level skills in Figma, Adobe Experience Designer, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, Visual Studio, PowerPoint, Firefox/Chrome Developer Tools and other relevant design tools.
  • Experience in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap and AngularJS.
  • Strong graphic design skills for creating marketing and branding collateral (banners, booths, brochures, social media assets) in addition to digital product design.
  • Excellent understanding of technology trends, demonstrable design skills, and the ability to show relevant work.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
