Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Product Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving the design, implementation, and scaling of digital solutions that enhance procurement efficiency and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the product roadmap for AI-driven procurement initiatives, including autonomous sourcing and sourcing optimization.
  • Identify and incubate innovative digital solutions through rapid experimentation and proof-of-concept initiatives.
  • Lead the transition of successful proof-of-concepts into scalable, enterprise-ready products.
  • Collaborate with sourcing managers, category leads, and IT to identify pain points and opportunities for digital transformation.
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI-enabled tools that enhance procurement efficiency and decision-making.
  • Evaluate the performance of digital solutions and provide data-driven insights to inform future product development.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or digital transformation roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering AI-driven or digital solutions in a procurement or enterprise environment.
  • Hands-on experience with autonomous sourcing, eSourcing platforms, or sourcing optimization tools.
