We are seeking a seasoned UX/UI Designer to spearhead our digital product development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Elevate the user experience and interface design for our core Fintech product by driving creative solutions and conducting thorough user research.
  • Develop intuitive and accessible user interfaces that simplify complex financial concepts and data.
  • Cultivate effective design systems, wireframes, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Translate product requirements into beautiful, functional, and user-centered designs in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Webflow Development & Management
  • Lead the design, build, management, and optimization of our company websites using Webflow, ensuring exceptional performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
  • Design and implement scalable and reusable component structures and layouts within Webflow.
  • Manage and structure Webflow's CMS for various content types, streamlining ease of use for marketing and content teams.
  • Integrate third-party tools and services into our Webflow sites as needed.
  • Serve as the in-house Webflow expert, providing guidance and support to the team.
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3+ years of professional experience developing and managing complex websites in Webflow.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing Webflow projects that demonstrate expertise in building dynamic content and sophisticated interactions.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design for digital products.
  • An impressive portfolio highlighting your UX process, problem-solving skills, and visual design talent.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.
  • A deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
