As a user experience (UX) designer, you will create engaging and intuitive digital products that meet the needs of our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to design solutions that balance form and function, resulting in a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with product stakeholders to gather functional requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and lead system architects to develop a functional solution approach that aligns with business goals.
  • Participate in workflow analysis and business process analysis to identify and clarify requirements, current-future state identification, and contribute to the redesign.
  • Focus on value-driven delivery, motivate teams to deliver their commitments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and create an implementation roadmap that meets business objectives.
  • Participate in design sprints to rapidly prototype and test new ideas.
  • Validate the functional design through usability testing and feedback.
  • Prioritize backlogs based on business value and customer needs.
  • Ensure adherence to best design practices and standards.
  • Develop wireframes and visual designs that effectively communicate complex information.
  • Work closely with developers to bring designs to life and achieve desired outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in creating mockups, collecting feedback, and iterating on designs.
  • Proficiency in building sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes using tools like Sigma.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Knowledge of design principles, human-centered design, and user research methods.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and design sprints.
