We are seeking a seasoned
Digital Marketing Manager
with strong agency experience who can lead strategy, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns across multiple clients. This person will own performance, creative direction, client relationships, analytics, and team / vendor management. The role demands both strategic thinking and hands‑on execution, with high attention to ROI, timelines, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for multiple clients that cover both performance (lead gen, e‑commerce, etc.) and brand awareness objectives.

Manage and optimize paid media campaigns: Google Ads, Social Media Ads (Facebook / Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok etc.), Display / Video, Programmatic if applicable.

Plan and manage digital campaigns across channels including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.

Lead content strategy & execution: content calendars, ad creatives, landing pages, social content, email campaigns.

Ensure tracking & measurement is properly set up: conversion pixels, UTM tags, analytics dashboards.

Monitor KPIs: CPA, ROAS, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, Customer Acquisition Cost, Funnel drop‑offs etc., generate reports & insights, iterate campaign optimizations.

Manage client relationships: regular updates, strategy alignment, managing expectations, reporting.

Lead & mentor team members / manage external vendors (designers, media vendors, SEO consultants) to deliver high quality outputs.

Manage budgets across campaigns / accounts. Ensure spend is optimized and ROI is maximized.

Stay up‑to‑date with digital marketing trends, emerging channels, platform changes, tools, and test new ideas.

Ensure brand consistency, messaging alignment, and compliance with any regulations

Work cross‑functionally with creative, content, UX/design teams for assets and landing page optimization.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Agency Experience: Minimum
7+ years of Dgital Marketing Manager
experience, with at least 2‑3 years in agency setting, handling multiple clients & campaigns.

Strong track record in managing both paid and organic channels.

Deep knowledge of digital advertising platforms, SEO best practices, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.).

Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and optimizing spend versus performance metrics.

Excellent analytical skills—able to interpret data, set KPIs, derive actionable insights.

Good communication skills, both written & verbal; client‑facing experience is essential.

Creative mindset: ability to ideate on campaign messaging, creatives, social content.

Organizational & project management skills: managing multiple projects/clients under tight deadli

Certifications: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, etc.

Experience with marketing automation tools / CRM

Experience with A/B testing, multivariate tests, conversion rate optimization.

Experience working with large budgets or managing programmatic or media agency relationships.

Ability to mentor & build teams.
