Insurance Talent Acquisition Lead

Job Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to onboarding new employees. You will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a pool of qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract top talent in the industry through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting assessments, and making recommendations to hiring managers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruiters and staffing agencies, to source quality candidates.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipeline.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the recruitment process.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Proven track record of successfully filling critical positions within tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex recruitment challenges.
