Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR Operations: Oversee and manage all HR activities, providing strategic support to business partners.
  • Resolve Employee Queries: Effectively handle employee inquiries and concerns, tracking and reporting resolutions within agreed timelines.
  • Ensure Compliance: Uphold strict adherence to labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Implement Discipline Policy: Enforce the Discipline Policy and Code of Conduct across the organization.
  • Maintain Attrition Rate: Foster an attrition rate of 5% or below through engagement and retention strategies.
  • Drive Employee Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive employee engagement initiatives.
  • Facilitate Engagement Planning: Record minutes, action points, and responses, ensuring timely communication of closures.
  • Coordinate Performance Appraisals: Ensure completion of half-year and annual performance appraisals.
  • Monitor Training Plans: Verify adherence to training plans and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze Employee Turnover: Conduct exit interviews, collecting data to analyze employee turnover trends and propose corrective actions.
  • Boost Employer Brand: Develop branding and intelligence initiatives to enhance employer brand presence.
  • Ensure Adherence to Policies: Uphold adherence to Security Policy, United Privacy Policy, Disciplinary Policy, and Learning Agreement within the business.
  • Collaborate with Business Partners: Work with business partners to ensure policy implementation across teams and departments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management, or related field, with significant experience in HR roles within a BPO/Call Center environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of labor laws.
  • Experience in handling employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to manage and resolve employee concerns effectively and efficiently, tracking and reporting outcomes.
  • Flexibility to work onsite in Gurgaon and adapt to shifting or rotational schedules within 24/7 work hours.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience as an HR Generalist or Specialist in a BPO/Call Center.
