We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our organization as a Strategic HR Business Partner. This role will provide critical local HR services to the business within a country/group of countries.

About the Job

The successful candidate will lead and drive HR initiatives to agreed global standards across business units, ensuring compliance with local legislation. This will involve collaborating with senior stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Service Delivery: Provide expert HR advice and guidance to business leaders and managers on HR-related matters.
  • Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain and develop high-performing employees.
  • Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, motivation and productivity.
  • Change Management: Lead and manage change initiatives to ensure smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing employment legislation.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong track record of delivering HR excellence, with a focus on strategic partnership and business outcomes. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

You will have a deep understanding of employment law and regulation, and be able to provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters. Additionally, you will need to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop innovative solutions.

A Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field is essential for this role. You will also need to have a minimum of 15 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering HR excellence and driving business outcomes.
