Job Title: Business Services Manager

About The Role:

  • Transition Planning and Coordination
    • Lead the process of coordinating work transitions between departments and vendors to ensure seamless integration.
    • Develop and implement transition plans, roles, and responsibilities to guarantee project tracking and timely completion.
    • Establish strong governance frameworks for successful transitions, addressing any issues or risks that arise.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate work movements based on strategic needs and service requirements.
  • Vendor Performance Support
    • Work closely with operations managers to ensure effective delivery of outsourced services by guiding improvements in vendor services and addressing service concerns.
  • Enabling Partnerships and Accountability
    • Build and maintain strong partnerships with vendors, fostering mutual success and continuous improvement through regular audits and reviews.
    • Engage vendors to enhance performance, improve efficiency, and ensure alignment with organizational standards.
  • Budget Oversight and Resource Management
    • Assist in managing vendor budgets to prevent overruns and ensure effective planning and resource utilization.
    • Monitor and adjust budget allocations as needed, working closely with finance to stay within financial targets.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
    • Keep stakeholders informed about vendor operations and transitions through regular updates and open communication channels.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in vendor management, HR operations, or related fields.
  • Experience in vendor frameworks, performance monitoring, and financial acumen.
