Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Bench Sales & Consultant Marketing

- Market IT consultants to direct clients, prime vendors, and staffing agencies.
- Understand consultant skillsets, experiences, and career aspirations to align with client requirements.
- Develop and nurture strong networks with hiring managers, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Coordinate the end-to-end hiring process, including resume submissions, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations.
- Negotiate contract terms and maintain a dynamic bench database for timely placement.

2. Business Development & Sales Enablement

- Identify new business opportunities in IT staffing and services.
- Conduct lead generation through research, outreach, and networking.
- Assist with proposal creation, follow-ups, and sales cycle activities.
- Represent the organization at industry job fairs and client-facing events.

3. Client & Vendor Relationship Management

- Foster and manage relationships with clients, vendors, and staffing partners.
- Act as the liaison between consultants and clients to ensure smooth onboarding and project continuity.
- Maintain client satisfaction by consistently delivering quality resources and services.
