System Administrator Support Role

The System Administrator Support is a pivotal position that requires an individual with exceptional technical expertise and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Management and Compliance: Support clinical trial platform technologies, specifically the Rave EDC System, to ensure seamless data management and compliance.
  • Tech Solutions and Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate with EDC vendors to translate business requirements into technical solutions that meet regulatory needs.
  • Rave EDC FMT Meetings: Manage Rave EDC FMT meetings, including agenda preparation and minute documentation, to maintain open communication channels.
  • User Access Coordination: Coordinate Rave User Access across all studies and URLs to ensure secure access and minimize risks.
  • EDC System Evaluation: Evaluate and assess alternative EDC systems such as Veeva to identify potential benefits and areas for improvement.
  • GDO Systems Maintenance: Maintain standard business processes in GDO Systems for regulatory compliance, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data management.
  • System Upgrades and Validation: Coordinate Rave upgrades and custom script validation with third-party vendors to ensure smooth system updates.
  • Downstream Testing: Lead cross-functional teams in downstream system testing for Rave releases, ensuring thorough quality control.
  • Liaison Services: Act as liaison between R&D stakeholders for Rave access and system enhancements, facilitating effective communication.
  • Technology Adoption: Work with DTI team to manage enhancements for systems like STAR and DMP, aligning technology adoption with business objectives.
  • Technical Input: Provide technical input for automation and technology adoption in current systems, driving process improvements.
  • Risk Assessments: Conduct risk assessments for evaluating new EDC systems, identifying potential risks and opportunities for growth.
  • Confidentiality and Professionalism: Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information, upholding values and standards.
