
Global Business Growth Analyst

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Management professional to join our Global Corporate & Investment Banking team. As an Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the stable operations of various departments within GCIB, while also driving business growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning:
- Support the Head of GCIB in developing business strategy
- Lead the implementation of global and/or regional initiatives
- Monitor departmental financial performance and assess against targets
- Support the Head and Directors/Team Leads in achieving financial targets
- Manage revenue and expense budgets with the Finance team
- Develop strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders
- Partner with overseas onshore branches and Head Office to promote business growth
- Act as a role model for team members and adhere to company policies
- Coach and guide junior team members
Requirements:
- 2-4+ years of experience in reporting and/or business management
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized with a structured approach
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
