Procurement Specialist

You will be part of a finance operations team that supports accounts payable processes. The role involves managing procurement transactions, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing, and supporting vendor compliance to optimize cost savings.

  • Handle routine procure-to-pay activities such as requisitions, purchase orders, invoice processing, and payment operations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing, and manage purchase and non-purchase orders with two-way and three-way invoice matching.
  • Support vendor compliance efforts by verifying pricing and terms prior to payments.
  • Collect operational data and prepare reports to analyze financial outcomes and procurement efficiency.
  • Resolve routine problems by following established guidelines and escalate issues as needed.
  • Collaborate mainly within your team and report to your direct supervisor.
  • Foster strong relationships with vendors to improve communication and drive cost savings.
