Procurement Opportunity

You will support procurement initiatives, conducting sourcing and negotiations with vendors for material supply and job works/services across multiple locations. You will assist in drafting requirements for bidding, drawing up contracts to drive costs down, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procure materials for buildings across Gurugram, Delhi, and Chandigarh
  • Source and negotiate with vendors for material supply and job works/services at all locations
  • Manage purchase requisitions, RFQ/quotations/rate comparative & finalization of rate/payment term/other terms & conditions in consultation with Procurement Head
  • Execute annual rate contracts with vendors for material supply and building compliance-related activities at sites
  • Monitor vendor performance for timely supply of material and services
  • Supervise PR, PO, material supplies, payment of vendors etc.
  • Develop and empanelment of vendors (National & Local) pan India for all critical and non-critical items; machinery, tools & tackles and consumables etc.
  • Procure diesel at sites
  • Coordinate with Business Managers/Central Team/Store Team/Finance Team for timely supply of material & services
  • Review PR/PO in MRI with all store in-charge
  • Generate MIS, weekly reports regarding procurement, vendor payments etc.
  • Collaborate with Central Procurement Team
