We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to manage the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing and negotiation to order delivery and vendor management.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategically sourcing new vendors for IT products, conducting comparative studies to finalize the best cost, and negotiating prices, terms, and conditions to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Vendor Management: Source new vendors for IT products, conduct comparative studies, and negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to achieve targets.
  • Order Processing: Prepare and manage Proforma Invoices (PIs) and quotations, ensuring accurate pricing and margin calculations. Manage vendor case locking and track the status of all executed and pending orders on a daily basis.
  • Logistics and Inventory: Oversee nationwide stock transfers to ensure product availability at all locations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and local vendors for material arrangements and timely delivery to client locations.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and internal sales teams, providing regular updates and resolving any issues related to order management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to achieve targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High energy and a proactive approach with a strong ability to take initiative.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for data management and calculations.
  • Experience with Tracker or similar systems for daily order management.
