Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all visitors and callers
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and processing paperwork
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners
- Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of front desk experience in a professional setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer software, including IT systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
