We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support day-to-day administrative tasks, client communications, and project coordination activities.

The ideal candidate should be professional, self-motivated, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle client communication.
  • Organize and maintain reports, trackers, and project documentation.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain internal databases and records.
  • Provide support for finance and bookkeeping documentation (as required).
  • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and SOPs.
  • Follow up with internal teams and clients to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Support virtual team collaboration and coordinate across multiple projects.
  • Ensure confidentiality and adhere to internal data protection and compliance standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 1–3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Virtual Assistant; KPO/BPO experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Strong command of English – both written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack, MS Teams, etc. is a plus.
